    Refund Policy

    📌 Key Principle: Refunds Based on Campaign Execution

    Refunds are determined by whether the campaign was executed as agreed — not by engagement results, which depend on independent user interest and platform factors beyond our control.

    Full Refund Scenarios:

    • • Campaign cancelled before execution begins
    • • Technical issues on our end prevent campaign execution entirely
    • • Campaign was not executed within the promised delivery window

    Partial Refund Scenarios:

    • • Campaign partially executed — refund applies to the unexecuted portion
    • • You request cancellation after campaign has started — unexecuted portion refunded
    • • Your Product Hunt post is removed during active campaign — unexecuted portion refunded

    No Refund Scenarios:

    • • Campaign was fully executed as agreed
    • • Product didn't achieve desired ranking or visibility
    • • Engagement was adjusted or removed by Product Hunt after campaign execution
    • • Campaign timing didn't align with your launch window (e.g., started late)
    • • Your product page had quality issues affecting user engagement
    • • Fraudulent or chargeback attempts (permanently blacklisted)

    Engagement results are not guaranteed and are not grounds for a refund. Lack of engagement, traffic, or Product Hunt performance is not considered a service failure and is not grounds for a refund. Product Hunt platform adjustments made after campaign execution are outside our control.

    How to Request a Refund

    3. 3.Our team will review within 24 hours and respond with a resolution
    4. 4.Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

    Our Commitment to Ethics

    Uprows Hub is committed to helping real businesses achieve meaningful growth without harming others' experiences. We review every campaign and will not process orders that:

    Campaigns violating our ethical guidelines will be rejected and refunded to the original payment method.
