    Important: Product Hunt Moderation & Vote Persistence

    Product Hunt actively moderates engagement on its platform. While all upvotes delivered by Uprows Hub come from real, human Product Hunt users, Product Hunt may remove or adjust votes at its own discretion after delivery.

    ⏰ Launch Timing Matters:

    • "Launching Today" products: Best results. Upvotes are most likely to persist when delivered during the active voting window.
    • Late campaign start on launch day: If your campaign starts late and misses the peak voting window (first ~4 hours after launch), upvote persistence is not guaranteed — even on launch day.
    • "Launched This Week" or older products: Upvote persistence is significantly lower. Product Hunt's moderation becomes more restrictive on non-launch-day products, and votes are more likely to be adjusted or removed.

    Our guarantee applies to the delivery of real human engagement. We provide upvote screenshot proof upon request — but we cannot control Product Hunt's independent moderation decisions after delivery.

    Provide refunds for successfully delivered upvotes (we provide screenshot proof)

    Timely delivery within the promised timeframe (24-48 hours)

    Prorated refund for any undelivered upvotes (e.g., ordered 50, delivered 25 = refund for 25)

    • • We only process orders for currently live Product Hunt launches
    • • Campaign must be for featured products (not hunter posts)

    Delivery Proof

    • • We provide upvote screenshot proof upon request for full transparency
    • • Screenshots serve as evidence of successful delivery by real users
    • • If upvotes are delivered and we have screenshot proof, the delivery is considered complete
    • • Post-delivery vote removals by Product Hunt are outside our control and not grounds for refund

    Refund Policy

    📌 Key Principle: Prorated Refunds Only

    Refunds are calculated based on undelivered upvotes only. If you ordered 50 upvotes and we delivered 25, you are refunded for the 25 undelivered upvotes — not the full order.

    Full Refund Scenarios:

    • • Campaign cancelled before delivery begins
    • • Technical issues on our end prevent campaign execution entirely
    • • Zero upvotes delivered within the delivery window

    Prorated Refund Scenarios:

    • • Partial delivery — refund applies only to the undelivered portion
    • • You request cancellation after delivery has started — undelivered portion refunded
    • • Your Product Hunt post is removed during active delivery — undelivered portion refunded

    No Refund Scenarios:

    • • Service was fully delivered as specified (with screenshot proof available)
    • • Product didn't achieve desired ranking or visibility
    • • Upvotes were removed by Product Hunt after successful delivery
    • • Campaign started late on launch day and missed peak voting window
    • • Product was not "Launching Today" (older/previous-day launches)
    • • Your product page had quality issues affecting user engagement
    • • Fraudulent or chargeback attempts (permanently blacklisted)

    Product Hunt vote removals, visibility changes, or ranking adjustments made after successful delivery are not eligible for refunds. We provide screenshot proof of delivery upon request.

    How to Request a Refund

    4. 4.Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (prorated to undelivered upvotes only)

    Orders violating our ethical guidelines will be rejected and refunded to the original payment method.
