• "Task" refers to any activity posted by a campaign creator, including but not limited to Product Hunt upvotes, comments, reviews, and social media engagement
• "Earnings" or "Balance" refers to the monetary value you accumulate by completing verified tasks
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process of transferring your earnings to your chosen payment method

2. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Uprows Earn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

3. Eligibility

To use Uprows Earn, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

• Task Marketplace: Browse and select from available tasks posted by verified startups and businesses
• Allowed Activities: Product Hunt upvotes, comments, reviews, social media engagement, website visits, app downloads, and similar authentic online actions
• AI Verification: Automated verification of task completion using screenshot analysis and other validation methods
• Earnings Tracking: Real-time balance tracking and task history
• Payment Processing: Secure withdrawal options via PayPal, bank transfer, or other supported methods

What is NOT allowed: Fake engagement, bot usage, automated scripts, misleading reviews, spam, harassment, illegal activities, or any action that violates third-party platform terms of service.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• You may only create and operate ONE account per person
• You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

6. Task Completion and Earnings

As an earner on our platform:

• You must complete tasks honestly and according to provided instructions
• All work must be your own - no automation, bots, scripts, or fake accounts
• You must provide genuine, unedited proof of task completion (screenshots, links, etc.)
• Earnings are credited to your balance after AI verification confirms task completion
• We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet quality standards or appear fraudulent
• You may appeal rejected submissions through our support system
• Fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings

7. Payments and Withdrawals

Regarding payments and withdrawals:

• Earnings Display: Earnings are displayed in your account balance after task verification is complete
• Minimum Withdrawal: You must reach a minimum balance threshold (typically $10-$20) before requesting a withdrawal
• Withdrawal Methods: Supported methods include PayPal, bank transfer, and other payment processors (availability varies by country)
• Processing Fees: Some withdrawal methods may incur processing fees (clearly displayed before confirmation)
• Processing Time: Withdrawals typically process within 3-7 business days, depending on the payment method
• Verification Requirements: We may require identity verification before processing large withdrawals
• Currency: All earnings are displayed and paid in USD (or converted to your local currency by the payment processor)
• Tax Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on your earnings

• Fake Accounts: Use fake identities, stolen credentials, or falsified information
• False Submissions: Submit false, misleading, edited, or fabricated proof of task completion
• Account Sharing: Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
• System Manipulation: Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or game the verification or payment systems
• Harassment & Abuse: Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other users, campaign creators, or Uprows staff
• Fraudulent Activity: Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Spam: Post spam, unsolicited messages, or repetitive content
• Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform
• Data Scraping: Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without permission
• Platform Violations: Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms (e.g., Product Hunt, social media sites)
• Legal Violations: Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

Violation of any prohibited activities may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all earnings without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Uprows Earn, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Uprows Earn or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

8. AI Verification System

We use AI technology to verify task completions. While we strive for accuracy, the system may occasionally make errors. You have the right to appeal verification decisions through our support system.

9. Limitation of Liability

Uprows Earn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have earned through our platform in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Uprows Earn harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• Violations: Any violation of these Terms of Service or our policies
• Fraudulent Activity: Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, bot usage, or system abuse
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts or attempting to circumvent account restrictions

• Inactivity: Prolonged account inactivity (typically 12+ months)

Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Any pending earnings may be forfeited if termination is due to violation of these terms. You may appeal account termination by contacting support within 14 days.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold can be withdrawn before closure.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
